S.W.E.T. HOT POWER

Get your heart pumping with this boot-camp style class! S.WE.T. HOT POWER is a mix of challenging vinyasa sequences and high-intensity, cardio intervals. This class focuses on core work, strength training, and endurance.


TEMP: 95°-105°, up to 40% humidity

LEVEL: All yoga levels. Modifications provided. This practice combined with intense heat will get your blood pumping. We do not recommend this class as your very first hot yoga class.

S.W.E.T. HOT FLOW

Connect breath to movement as you powerfully flow through a series of yoga poses to motivational music. Expect to move quickly, build strength, increase flexibility, and be challenged both mentally and physically. Deepen your yoga practice and find balance as you detox your body and calm your mind.

S.W.E.T. HOT SLOW FLOW

Flow through this class at a slower pace and take time to explore new expressions of poses. Newer yoga students can establish the fundamentals and build confidence. More experienced students can refine alignment, breath, and focus. Instructors cue and demonstrate beginner level poses and offer modifications for intermediate and advanced expressions which makes the class accessible and challenging for all levels.

S.W.E.T. HOT STRETCH

Calm your mind, reduce tension and stress, and gently increase your flexibility through a series of seated or supine (lying on the back) postures. This style of yoga is a perfect complement to any "Yang" style of exercise such as power yoga, running, cycling, or lifting weights.

S.W.E.T. HOT RESTORE

Ease the mind while restoring and relaxing the body through light movement and passive stretching. S.W.E.T. RESTORE focuses on providing tranquility by moving in a very gentle and slow pace. Many of the postures are practiced in supine (lying on the back) or while seated.

HOLY YOGA

Holy Yoga embraces the essential elements of yoga: breath work, meditation, and physical postures. In all of these elements, Christ is the focus of our intention and worship.

BUTI YOGA

Buti is an Indian Marathi word that means "a cure that has been hidden or kept secret." Buti Yoga focuses on activating the Spiral Structure of the core to engage the deep abdominal muscles and stimulate the endocrine system. Classes utilize ancient pranayama and core engagement techniques seamlessly woven into a power yoga flow with bursts of cardio-intensive tribal dance. This class has been designated for women only.

BARRE & FITNESS CLASSES

BARRE TONE

This is a 45-minute, low impact, full-body workout combining moves from Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates. Barre Tone is designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles incorporating light weights, bands, and exercise balls. Instructors bring the energy and fun with upbeat playlists that will have you moving to the beat and your muscles fired up.

BARRE STRENGTH

This 45-minute low-impact class is all levels and offers the perfect blend of barre and perfect blend of barre and sculpt. Barre Strength is designed to build and improve muscular endurance and strength. Instructors bring the energy and fun with upbeat playlists that will have you moving to the beat and your muscles fired up.

S.W.E.T. FITNESS

This total body workout blasts calories with intervals of high-intensity cardio, builds strength with a variety of weights and equipment, tones all the right places with small, focused movements, and ends with restoring stretches to leave you feeling balanced and renewed from head to toe.

POWER DANCE

This 45-minute dance party will help improve cardio respiratory health, build muscular endurance, relieve stress, and boost confidence! Expect repetitive movements, motivating music, and lots of fun
